A:  We do not have a minimum order amount.

Q:  What are your payment methods & terms?
A:  When ordering from Component Kits by one of the above methods, we will need a minimum amount of information in order to process your order. We will need your purchase information (ie, part number(s), quantities, payment info, etc.), and your full contact information, (must include phone number AND email address), and shipping information. For payment on personal, student and hobbyist sales, we accept Major Credit Cards, (Visa, M/C, Amex, Discover). For Professional engineers and buyers purchasing through their company, we also accept purchase orders with terms of Net30. Corporate accounts must be initially opened by telephone, and can subsequently be used at our online store. After your order has been received and processed, we will send you an order confirmation via email.

Q:  What are your shipping methods & rates?
A:  Component Kits LLC offers Same-Day Shipment on all orders processed by 5:00pm, eastern time. Of course, this policy applies to orders which can be filled immediately from stock. We offer all shipment options by UPS and Fedex.

Q:  What is your return policy?
A:  Component Kits LLC will accept returns on any kit that has not been opened, and can be returned in saleable condition. Full Return Policy details are shipped along with your order.
